Dubai Commercity Free Zone is a first-of-its-kind zone that is especially dedicated to digital commerce in the greater Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, region, otherwise known as (MENASA) region. It provides a unique digital ecosystem designed to promote digital commerce between these three regions.
The Commercity Dubai covers an area of 2.1 million square feet and is a joint venture between the Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) and the Wasl Asset Management Group and is located in the Umm Ramool area close to the Dubai International Airport.
It consists of three main clusters, including the Business Cluster which houses office spaces for businesses operating in the zone. Second is the Logistics Cluster, designed for warehousing and logistic needs; the third is the Social Cluster, designed to provide basic amenities to the people.
