Services Provided by Ignite Zone:
1.1 Product and Service Facilitation: Ignite Zones pecializes in the provision and facilitation of a wide range of products and services as detailed and agreed upon in our application forms or as otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing between Ignite Zone and the client. This includes, but is not limited to, business incorporation services, regulatory compliance assistance, and various business support services tailored to the needs of our clients. Our commitment is to ensure that all services and products provided are in line with the specific requirements and preferences of our clients as documented in the official application process or subsequent written agreements.
1.2 Third-Party Payment Facilitation: As part of our comprehensive service offerings, Ignite Zone also undertakes the facilitation of payments to all third-party service providers involved in the execution of the services subscribed to by our clients. This facilitation includes the handling and processing of payments on behalf of our clients to various third parties, such as government entities, legal service providers, and other business service organizations, as may be required in the course of providing the subscribed services. Our role in this regard is to act as an intermediary to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate payment transactions between our clients and third-party service providers, thereby aiding in the efficient and effective delivery of the subscribed services.
Ignite Zone Rights and Responsibilities:
2.1 Commitment to Quality Service Delivery: Ignite Zone pledges to deliver all services and products that our customers subscribe to with a high degree of care, skill, and efficiency. This includes ensuring that every aspect of our service facilitation is conducted in a professional, competent, and timely manner, meeting or exceeding the standards expected in our industry. Our aim is to provide a seamless and effective service experience to our customers, ensuring that all their needs are met with the utmost diligence and expertise.
2.2 Limitation of Liability: While Ignite Zoneendeavors to provide the highest quality service, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that may arise during the course of service delivery, except in circumstances where negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part is proven. This limitation of liability extends to, but is not limited to, losses of profits, business, revenue, damage to brand, or reputation. However, it is important to note that this limitation does not exclude our liability in instances of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
2.3 Provision of Accurate Information: At the time of signing an agreement with Ignite Zone , we ensure that our customers are provided with clear, accurate, and comprehensive information regarding the costs, requirements, restrictions, and timelines associated with the products and services they subscribe to. This commitment to transparency is fundamental to our business ethos, ensuring that our customers can make informed decisions based on reliable information.
2.4 Communication of Changes by Third Parties: In the event of any changes imposed by third-party service providers related to the subscribed services or products, Ignite Zonecommits to informing the customer of these changes promptly. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are always aware of and can adequately prepare for any alterations that may affect their service experience or business operations.
2.5 Exemption from Liability for Third-Party Changes: Ignite Zone is not liable for any changes that are imposed by third-party providers or government authorities subsequent to the signing of the agreement with the customer. These changes might include alterations to costs, timelines, or specific service requirements that are beyond our control.
Customer’s Rights and Responsibilities:
3.1 Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards: Customers engaging with Ignite Zone services must strictly adhere to all applicable laws and ethical norms as established under UAE Law. This includes refraining from any business activities or practices that are illegal, defamatory, immoral, or obscene. Customers must conduct themselves and their business operations in a manner that upholds the integrity and legal standards of the UAE, ensuring that their business dealings do not contravene any legal provisions or ethical guidelines.
3.2 Usage of Products and Services: All products and services provided by Ignite Zone are intended for the specific use of the registered company and its official business purposes. These products and services should not be resold, assigned, or delegated to other parties without obtaining the necessary permissions and consents from Ignite Zone and, if applicable, the relevant third-party service providers and government authorities. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of these products and services aligns with the agreed-upon purposes and does not extend beyond the scope of their registered business activities.
3.3 Entitlement to Services and Adherence to Terms: Customers are entitled to receive all the products and services they have subscribed to with Ignite Zone. This entitlement is subject to the customer’s adherence to Ignite zone Terms and Conditions. Upon the Customer’s execution of payment in accordance with the Company-issued proforma invoices, the Customer unequivocally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms, thereby establishing the legal framework governing the relationship betweenIgnite zone and the Customer.
3.4 Right to Information and Indemnification: Customers have the right to receive current and accurate information about the products and services they subscribe to. However, customers are required to indemnify Ignite Zone against any losses or damages that may arise due to changes in the terms, conditions, or other aspects of the products and services after the signing of the agreement or after executing payments towards ignite zone. This indemnification covers alterations that may occur due to external factors beyond Ignite Zone control.
3.5 Obligation to Timely Payments and Fulfillment of Obligations: Customers are required to promptly fulfill their financial obligations to Ignite Zone. This includes timely payment of all fees and charges associated with the subscribed products and services.
3.6 Indemnification of Ignite Zone: Customers agree to indemnify Ignite Zoneagainst any expenses, costs, claims, damages, or penalties that may arise in connection with the subscribed services. This indemnification covers potential liabilities or losses that Ignite Zone may incur as a result of the customer’s actions or omissions in relation to these services.
3.7 Non-Representation Clause: Customers must not represent as a sponsor, agent, representative, or partner in any of their business dealings or promotional activities. The relationship between Ignite Zone and the customer is limited to that of a service provider and client, and any implication of a deeper partnership or representation must be avoided.
3.8 Exclusion of Liability for Customer’s Digital Assets: Ignite Zone is not liable for any issues, technical or otherwise, related to the customer’s email address, domain name, or other digital assets used in the course of business operations. The management and maintenance of these digital assets fall under the customer’s responsibility.
3.9 Adherence to Third-Party Terms and Conditions: Customers are bound by the specific terms and conditions of individual third-party service providers that are involved in the provision of services by Ignite Zone. Customers must adhere to these third-party terms, which may include additional provisions regarding the use of services, payment terms, and other operational details. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves and comply with these additional terms as part of their subscription with Ignite Zone.
Terms of Payment:
4.1 Advance Payment Requirement: As a general policy, Ignite Zone requires payments for all services to be made in advance. This advance payment ensures the allocation and reservation of the necessary resources and services for the customer. However, there may be specific conditions or agreements where alternative payment arrangements are permissible. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, arrangements like post-dated cheques, installment plans, or deferred payment agreements, subject to approval by Ignite Zone.
4.2 Agreed Fee Structure: The fee structure for the services provided by Ignite Zone is established at the time of signing the service agreement or at the time of subscription to the services. This fee structure includes all costs associated with the delivery of the agreed-upon services and is binding upon both Ignite Zone and the customer. The fee structure may encompass various components, including service fees, administrative charges, third-party charges, and any other costs related to the provision of services. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and agree to this fee structure prior to signing the agreement or subscribing to the services.
4.2.1 Adjustments to Fee Structure: Any adjustments or changes to the initial fee structure after the signing of the agreement or after subscribing to the services will only be made under mutually agreed conditions between Ignite Zone and the customer. Such adjustments may arise due to changes in the scope of services, additional services requested by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances that affect service delivery.
4.2.2 Invoicing and Payment Terms: Ignite Zone will issue invoices to the customer for services rendered in accordance with the agreed fee structure. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable methods of payment, will be clearly stated on each invoice. Customers are expected to adhere to these payment terms to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service provision.
4.2.3 Dispute Resolution for Billing Issues: If the customer disputes any part of an invoice, they must notify Ignite Zone in writing within a specified period from the date of the invoice. During the dispute resolution process, the undisputed portion of the invoice remains payable according to the original payment terms.
Deferred Payment Policy:
5.1 Subject to the terms of this Deferred Payment Policy (hereinafter “Policy”), Ignite zone (hereinafter “Ignite Zone”) may authorize, for the benefit of its client(s), payment deferrals for services provided by Ignite Zone. (hereinafter “Deferral”). Any such Deferral shall be subject to further conditions and/or requirements, as Ignite Zone may deem appropriate.
5.2 Client(s) agree and acknowledge that in order to receive a Deferral, the eligibility criteria as approved by Ignite Zone must be fulfilled.
5.3 In exchange for services provided to client(s), Ignite Zone requires all payments to be made upfront, with the exception of post-dated cheques or other forms of guarantee approved by Ignite Zone.
5.4 Client(s) enrolled in partial payment or monthly installment plans may request Ignite Zone to defer their payment for a period of up to fifteen (15) calendar days from the payment due date, without incurring any fees for Deferral (hereinafter “Deferral Fee”).
5.5 The Deferral Fee shall be an additional ten percent (10%) of the payment amount owed to Ignite Zone and will be chargeable on a monthly basis, following completion of fifteen (15) calendar days from the payment due date.
5.6 In the event of payment via cheque, should the cheque be returned, whether due to insufficient funds or otherwise, Ignite Zone shall be entitled to an additional Arab Emirates Dirhams Two Hundred Fifty to Five Hundred (AED 250 – AED 500) depending on the cheque amount as a penalty for any such returned cheque.
5.7 Client(s) may request Deferral for a maximum of two (2) payments. Therefore, client(s) cannot request Deferral of three (3) consecutive payments.
5.8 Requests by client(s) for Deferrals shall be emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] at least two (2) working days prior to the payment due date (hereinafter “Email Request”). The subject of the Email Request must state ‘Payment Deferment – [COMPANY NAME]’ along with the relevant cheque number(s).
5.9 In the event that client(s) are unable to send the Email Request, Ignite Zone shall, on the payment due date, process the payments owed to it by the client(s), whether through depositing cheques or charging authorized debit or credit cards.
5.10 Client(s) agree and acknowledge that Ignite Zone shall not be held liable, in whole or in part, for their ineligibility to receive Deferrals.
5.11 All notices and communications regarding non-payment, late payment penalties, and cancellation will be sent to the customer through the contact details provided by the client.
5.12 In the event of non-payment or late payment, the customer will be liable for any costs, damages, or legal fees incurred by Ignite Zone in the course of pursuing payment.
Cancellation Policy:
6.1 Cancellation by Ignite zone:
In cases where payment is not received by the due date, Ignite Zone reserves the right to implement a series of escalating consequences. Initial measures may include reminders and warnings. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of services provided to the customer.
If payments remain outstanding beyond a specified grace period, Ignite Zone may proceed to terminate the services and dissolve the agreement with the customer. In such cases, the customer will be notified of the impending termination of services and the dissolution of the contract.
6.2 Cancellation by Customer:
Customers who wish to cancel their subscription to Ignite Zone services must provide written notice of cancellation and by contacting their respective account manager.
6.3 Cancellation Fees and Refunds:
Cancellation of services may incur a cancellation fee. This fee is typically a cost as defined by third party government authoroties plus the costs and losses incurred by Ignite Zone due to the early termination of services.
In certain cases, client’s application may be rejected by government authorities, a partial refund will be processed to the client within fifteen (15) working days from the date of rejection subject to approval from the authority.
6.4 Application withdrawn by Client:
In the event of client wanting to withdraw their application before submission with third party government authorities, a 10% handling fee of total paid amount will be charged to the client.
Exit Policy:
You will not be able to let your Trade License or visas lapse. In case of a license
cancellation:
7.1 In an event where you would like to cancel your license, a specific authority cancellation fee will be applied.
7.2 In an event where you would like to transfer your company file directly to license issuing authority, it will be mandatory to avail an NOC from Ignite Zone which will be issued at a minimum fee of AED 7,500 or as per your agreement. Once the file is transferred to the authority the customer will have to directly deal with the authorities and will no longer be serviced by Ignite Zone offices based in Dubai.
7.3 Your company cannot be transferred to any other agent.
7.4 You will be required to settle upfront in full, any pending installments at the time of cancellation of your license. Please note the above is applicable providing all cancellations take place during the Trade License validity period – should any of the above take place after the Trade License has expired, late fees will also be incurred.
7.5 You will need to return to Ignite Zone all your original company formation documents even if they are expired, so please don’t destroy or misplace any of these documents as otherwise, you will need to submit a police report at the time of cancellation.
General Terms & Conditions:
6.1 Notice and Communication: All official notices, communications, and legal documents pertaining to the agreement between Ignite Zone and the customer are to be delivered in writing. These documents should be sent to the designated addresses as provided by each party in the agreement. This includes changes in service terms, notifications of amendments, and other pertinent communications. Electronic communications, such as emails, are also considered valid forms of written notice if they are sent to and from the officially designated email addresses.
6.2 Nature of the Agreement: The agreement between the customer and Ignite Zoneis deemed personal and specific to the customer. It represents the entire understanding and contractual relationship between Ignite Zoneand the customer. This agreement supersedes any prior discussions, agreements, or representations not explicitly included in the written contract. The customer may not transfer or assign the rights and obligations under this agreement to another party without the express written consent of Ignite Zone .
6.3 Compliance and Enforcement: Ignite Zone maintains a strict policy of adherence to all applicable licensing conditions and UAE laws. Ignite Zone reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any violations of these conditions or laws by the customer. This action may include the suspension of services, termination of the agreement, or other legal proceedings to address non-compliance or to remedy any harm caused by such violations.
6.4 Information Updates: Ignite Zone commits to keeping its customers informed about any updates, changes, or amendments to services, terms, or policies. These updates will be promptly posted on Ignite Zone official website. Customers are encouraged to regularly review the website to stay informed about any such changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to remain apprised of these updates, as they may affect the services provided or the terms of the agreement.
6.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The agreement between Ignite Zoneand the customer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ignite Zone head office is located, which is Sharjah, UAE. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from or related to the agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fujairah, UAE.
6.6 Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes related to payments, penalties, or cancellations, Ignite Zonewill engage with the customer to seek a resolution. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to legal proceedings as per the jurisdiction and laws

A ‘referral’ requires the submission of complete contact details of both parties and the referee’s bank account details.
Referral fees apply exclusively to new business and exclude renewals.
Referrals can be made through our online form, direct email to [email protected], or directly to an employee.
Retrospective referrals are not eligible for payment.
The referral reward is payable 30 days after the referred party successfully completes their license application and all related payments are received by Ignite Zone.
Ignite Zone maintains the discretion to delay payments or request additional evidence if necessary.
